We created a game from Microsoft PowerPoint using variables and multiple choice. Our game is heavily inspired by Fortnite battle royale. Fortnite is a 100 player online battle royale game where you find weapons and other loot as you play, find the best load-out and health packs to make it easier to win.
With our game we took the variable of health packs and weapons to increase the chances of winning although sometimes not even they will help you survive. We made 3 routes at the beginning Tilted Towers, Dusty Depot and Retail Row. There are a few links that can win but we have also increased winning chances by sometimes sending you to the right location to win (One of the 3 listed). Our game also has a lobby and a lot of good graphics some we made some we didn't have time for so got them off the internet. As Fortnite is full of memes we PACKED our game with memes for example 'Ah sh-- here we go again' and 'Ali-A' we also included the Fortnite world cup trophy when you win.
Another variable we have is " You get one pumped in the head with a shotgun by a Renegade raider. Or if you roll a odd number on a dice you will be able to build 4 walls around you and edit a window then you kill the Renegade raider with a suppressed smg." so we are using chance to survive forcing our users to be at an unknown fate.
We also included a variable in Retail Row that takes you to Dusty Depot called a 'Rift'. Rifts are a loophole in tie and space that take you from a portal at ground level to at the top of the map so you can use your glider to land at any location on the map. I am very happy with the way the game plays but slightly disappointed that we didn't get to make all the graphics ourselfs.
